What was the digital challenge?
Blendit Learning wanted to increase their digital visibility, but their learning method was so new that very few people were searching for it. Together with Lemon Marketing, they have now built a strategic foundation where their own employees drive inbound marketing – from within.
Blendit Learning partnered with Lemon Marketing with the goal of creating visibility around their brand. The challenge was that very few people were familiar with Blendit Learning’s method, so the focus has been – and continues to be – a thought leadership strategy.
“What we do is so new that many people simply don’t know it exists. There is an unknown need, and therefore you can’t search for it – because many are not even aware that the opportunity exists,” says Christian, Commercial Lead at Blendit Learning, about their challenge.

Blendit Learning is already shaping a completely new language, focus, and mindset. They themselves describe the process at times as “a tough journey” – but a necessary one.
Lemon Marketing acted as a 'coach' and guide:

- We conducted targeted training programs for Blendit’s marketing and sales teams.
- We helped them understand, produce, and optimize their own content.

Instead of “just” delivering finished solutions, we trained them to own the process themselves.
For example, Blendit has started working from the premise of “thinking in connections” between sales and marketing, so the two areas are no longer seen or managed as separate functions.
The collaboration has shown us that inbound marketing is not just about tools – it’s about ownership. Blendit Learning has demonstrated that even complex B2B solutions can be explained and marketed effectively – when you learn to do it from within.
Going forward, the collaboration will evolve from training to strategic sparring, and Blendit has already expressed a desire to continue working with Lemon as a strategic partner.

Blendit Learning wanted – and still wants – to be an active part of the process and build the necessary competencies in-house. As a company specializing in social learning, it made perfect sense to train their consultants so they can handle as much of the process as possible themselves.
