The workshop consists of two modules:
Theory and practice

Our HubSpot workshop is divided into two modules—theory and practice. You can choose either the theoretical or practical module depending on your needs, or take both to gain a complete understanding of the platform. We recommend the full workshop to ensure you build a solid foundation and a comprehensive strategy for using HubSpot, but the choice is yours.

Each module lasts 3–4 hours, and if you choose both modules, you should expect to spend 7–8 hours in total. The modules can be completed over one or two days, depending on your preference.

Theoretical Module

In the theoretical module, you will receive an in-depth introduction to the key features of HubSpot, giving you a clear understanding of how the platform can support the entire customer journey and strengthen your marketing and sales activities.

This module provides a solid theoretical foundation, preparing you for the practical module, where you will work hands-on with the different features.

We dive into the different steps, including:

HubSpot CRM and customer journey
Gain insight into how HubSpot can help organize and structure your customer data, as well as track the customer journey from first contact to conversion.
Lead scoring and segmentation
Learn how to use lead scoring and segmentation tools to identify the most qualified leads and optimize your resources.
Marketing automation and workflows
Understand the fundamental elements of marketing automation and how workflows can streamline your lead nurturing processes.
Reporting and analysis
Get introduced to HubSpot’s analytics and reporting features to measure results and adjust your strategies.

Practical Module

The practical module is based on your specific goals and challenges, giving you the opportunity to turn theory into direct application. We guide you through the setup and optimization of the most important features.

The goal of the practical module is for you to leave the workshop with a concrete and actionable HubSpot strategy, and the ability to independently use the platform to strengthen your marketing, sales, and customer service.

We dive into the different steps, including:

Automated Workflows
We help you set up workflows tailored to your specific lead nurturing strategy and target audience.
Lead scoring and segmentation
We work with your data to create effective lead scoring models and segments that support your sales and marketing efforts.
Sales tools and pipeline management
Gain hands-on experience using HubSpot’s tools to optimize your sales process and build a stronger pipeline.
Integration with other systems
We walk you through how HubSpot can be integrated with your other systems, enabling you to create a cohesive tech stack.
