The workshop consists of two modules:
Theory and practice

Our Email Marketing workshop is divided into two modules—theory and practice. You can choose to participate in one module or both, depending on your needs and level. If you need a deeper understanding of how Email Marketing works in theory but already have an action plan in place, you can choose the theoretical module. Conversely, if you are familiar with the theory but need help turning your knowledge into concrete actions, the practical module is the right choice.

We always recommend the full workshop, as our experience shows that it provides the strongest foundation for a successful Email Marketing strategy. Each workshop is tailored to your business, and each module lasts 3–4 hours. For the full workshop, you should therefore expect to spend 7–8 hours in total.

 

Theoretical Module

In the theoretical module, we will cover the fundamental principles of email marketing and ensure that all participants gain the necessary knowledge to work strategically with this channel.

We will focus on key topics such as audience segmentation, how to collect permissions (consent), and why it is important to build a valuable email list. In addition, we will explore the difference between automated flows and one-off campaigns, as well as how to use reporting to measure success and continuously optimize your campaigns.

Once the theoretical module is completed, all participants will have a solid understanding of how to create results through email marketing.

We also explore how you can complement your automated emails with one-off campaigns and targeted sends. Finally, we dive into reporting tools, so you learn how to use your data effectively to continuously improve and refine your strategy.
